# Wireless Installation Technician (Richfield, UT)
The Wireless Installation Technician is part of a team that installs and services equipment to provide customers with internet and VoIP telephone service. Technicians interface directly with customers and work with wireless radio equipment, CAT5 cabling and networking equipment.

Required Skills
Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Climb ladders; safely work in an elevated position.
Safely use hand and power tools.
Complete on-site customer installations including mounting of radio hardware, running CAT5 cable, and interfacing with customer computer or networking equipment.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs of customer internet radio or on-site networking equipment
Required Skills:
Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Ensure proper site installation and operation; inspect cable and network equipment.
Interact directly with customers providing them with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with customer care department.
Communicate with homeowners to ensure installation satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer IP network problems.
Maintain detailed activity logs; update customer documentation; prepare detailed reports of events which negatively impact customer service.
Work within the Company's geographical footprint; perform installation and service work.
Participate in scheduled meetings.
Assist with new technician training.
Work requires on-call rotation in addition to weekend and/or evening work and some travel is required.
Required Experience
High school education or equivalent.
One year experience with basic networking and computer skills.
Construction background preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
