We are currently seeking a talented ERP Administrator to oversee all of Dogberry technical needs.

Will work closely with COO CGO Office Team and Production to ensure efficient ERP implementation utilization and reliable performance throughout entire company.
Will have a broad range of responsibilities involvingERP systems administration integration maintenance support user management security and compliance and upgrades as required.
Maintains a positive company image by providing courteous friendly and efficient ERP support.
Supports the Executives in maintaining company standards and expectations.
Position will be Full Time hours week with occasional OT.
Four day hour shift available upon request.
Pay Range to annually.
Essential Functions ERP Database Management oBe the goto person for the entire ERP system and its administration integration and maintenance oCreate ERP implementation timeline and manage all implementation elements needed to fully implement new ERP system oProject planning manage all ERP projects to gather user requirements design configure and test ERP systems and applications oMaintain uptodate knowledge of ERP functionality customization and integration oCollaborate and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality of the ERP system is driving value and efficiency for the organization oProvide internal ongoing systemtechnical support to users including training and maintain proper system access for all roles oTroubleshoot and resolve any ERP related hardware software user access or other problems oMonitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability oCoordinate new software releases fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users oRecommend new features or changes to configuration workflows based on user feedback oSQL Database migration Work with IT to lead Dogberry database migration into ERP General oLean Manufacturing Using ERP data and knowledge of manufacturing to establish and implement Lean Manufacturing concepts and culture throughout Production Education Experience and Skills Required High School diploma or GED Experience in Project Management Strong analytical skills and ability to research simplify and resolve complex issues Proven leadership skills ability to work independently and prioritize work.
Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Google suite knowledge Basic Data Analysis experience with Excel vlookups pivot tables Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers employees vendors and customers Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to take and follow direction Experience in systems implementation Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and its implementation Preferred Associates or Bachelors degree in Project Management or Systems Admin Experience in database administration data storage systems and programming Experience in software administration and security Experience in Accounting and Finance GL AP AR FA etc.
Experience in managing direct reports Experience in manufacturing industry Experience in Order Management Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles in an organization.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
