IT Network and Systems Administrator

We are currently seeking a talented IT Network and Systems Administrator to oversee all of Dogberry technical needs.

Supervises trains and leads IT team currently comprised of to data entry clerks.
Maintains a positive company image by providing courteous friendly and efficient IT support.
Supports the Executives in maintaining company standards and expectations.
Position will be Full Time hours week with occasional OT.
Four day hour shift available upon request.
Pay Range to annually.
Essential Functions Database Management oSQL Database management maintain current Dogberry database oERP Database management assist ERP Admin w implementation and maintenance oData migration migrate current database into forthcoming ERP System Software Development oUse Visual Studio to create SSRS reports for management to gather many types of data oOversee all software licensing installation and updates oAssist and train Office team and Production team on software use Systems Hardware and Network Administration oInternet ensure uptime including cellular data backup ISP oAdminister all PC and Networking hardware including routers modems Windows PCs Macs printers monitors peripherals and Wireless access points oServer administration and maintenance DNS DCHP VPN Active Directory and User accounts General oManage IT employees in their roles responsibilities oReport to Executives the overall Information and Technology health Education Experience and Skills Required High School diploma or GED Proven leadership skills ability to work independently and prioritize work.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers employees vendors and customers Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to take and follow direction Experience in system administration server administration networking and other related fields Experience in database administration data storage systems and programming Experience in software administration and security Experience in Project Management Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Preferred Experience in managing direct reports Experience in Mac computer and OS X Experience in manufacturing industry Experience in Order Management Experience with security camera systems.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
