Richfield Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a dependable organized and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our outstanding team on our memory care unit This person will work with the CNAs to complete cares pass meds and perform activities such as sensory music when activities are not scheduled.

HeShe will practice within the legal boundaries for practical nursing authorized by the state for the delivery of patient care and related services.
